If you know someone who owns or manages a local company ask them if they would like to raise their profile in the local area. They could support staff charitable activities that directly supports adults in Kingston, Richmond and Hounslow to learn English, be more active in the community and have access to wider opportunities for their whole family. Ask them if they could sponsor an event such as a golf tournament, dress up day or volunteer thank you?

Set yourself a challenge like running a marathon, bike ride or losing weight and ask friends and work colleagues to sponsor you.
